Salon Policies


Package prices DO NOT include the cost of hair. Customers must arrive with their hair of choice with them or purchase hair from the salon in order to be serviced. 

Extensions Bar is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to extension applications.  

There will be no refunds on services. Any service issue must be addressed at the time of service for correction.

We accept walk-ins and appointments. We take our last walk-in/ appointment one hour before closing.

We require at least 24-hours’ prior notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellation within 24 -hours will result in $25 cancellation fee.

Clients leaving with partial completions must pay 50% off the service package.

Only one promotional offer can be used per visit.

We are not responsible for hair loss or hair breakage from extensions removed outside of Extensions Bar. We recommend that you utilize our professional staff for this service.

Customers who are not willing to sign and accept our salon policy will not be serviced.

Children under 16 must have a parent present.
